Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Users are not, nor were ever, a member of this town. There is no reason for them to have locked a sign in a mini-shop that didn't belong to them except to be a troll. It is in the way of building efforts and I would like them gone. I filed for both users together as the signs are intermingled as to who locked what, and only comes up with their UUID.
