If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?: Yes I have contacted the user, have no received a reply. No i do not have proof. 12. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Evicted the user a few days ago and he had told me he removed all locks. He must have overlooked these 3 items.
