(Use /cinfo to find out): Unknown (I am not sure if it is actually a user called "unknown" or if for some reason the username was lost, but when you check it i guess you'll probably know . I am also sure it is not unknownrider, but when i do /seen he is usually the only person to come up.)

10. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?: the user is very inactive

Umm.. I just recently purchased the town and so I am not sure however ALL of the other LWC's in that building were from an inactive user called benem3000. More than likely it is his, however I have no proof and this is just speculation based on the fact that he had all the locks in that entire area. It probably is benem3000's lock. If it does eventually get unlocked I am more than willing to hold the items in a chest should a user come forth who has reason to claim the items are his.
