Can you provide proof of this?: They aren't banned but they were evicted for not signing correct contracts (so technically they didn't buy the land or at least agree on it). @Gmoneyman118, I've looked over the contract and since it was not approved, it is voided and not useable. I have also looked over your town rules and though it states that breaking the town rules is an immediate eviction, but no where does it say that members of your town who do not sign a contract with you are breaking the rules. So since you have made this user a member of your town before signing the contract and he has not broken any rules that I can see, you need to give this user a 3 day eviction notice (filing this lwc after the 3 days are up and showing us the proof) or wait until the user has been inactive for over 7 days to file an lwc on this user.
