Can you provide proof of this?: No the user is not banned, he came into my town awhile ago and troll locked 2 chests I have warned him over the past weeks. 11. @xdogx You will need to provide proof that you have asked this user to remove these locks in your town and given sufficient time to do so. Otherwise you will need to wait until the user meets the inactivity requirement to have these locks removed.
