He's been inactive for 7+ days. The town rules state that if you are gone for 7 days, you will be evicted (unless you talked to a mayor about a vacation or some other reason you'd be gone for 7 days). After that, you can reclaim your plot and all your stuff for free for up to four days. For up to three more days after the free plot and stuff reclamation period ends, you can pay a flat rate of $250 (the rate does not change no matter what) to reclaim all your stuff, but the user will have to re-buy the plot for full price if the user wants the plot back. The user is aware of that policy. 12. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I plan on selling the plot once the four day free reclamaion period has ended.
