Why do you want it gone/reasons?: they joined my town and locked the doors to my public farm and they wont remove the locks.
Hello, We do not remove locks of active players unless they are banned for griefing your town or you have evidence of attempted contact. Considering the player is currently banned you will have to wait until they are either 7 days inactive or until they return to request that they remove their locks.
