About 20 Chests. marked mail, donations, etc. Some signs.

If you could deal with the 12 chests and 2 signs that would be awesome

12. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:
It is in the way of farming. The user whoever it was, wasn't given permission to add chests there. If it is a active user I will contact them about getting the stuff back but i cannot do that with the whole Unknown thing.
