Can you provide proof of this?: This user is not banned that I'm aware of. I sent them an eviction notice over 3 days ago and they have been on since to see it with no reply. I also sent them a notice asking them to remove their locks which they have not replied to. I provided both screenshots in the spoiler. Spoiler 12.
