Can you provide proof of this?: The user is not banned, however after sending messages in the mail numerous times, I have received no response. (Not sure how to prove this). 10. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: The location of the first two signs are in the middle of my town square, which he was helping to build. However he went off and created his own town and never came to remove his locks. The other is a sign saying that we built it however I do not wish for this to be there as it was not discussed. Thanks
As this user has not been offline for 7+ days I cannot remove the locks without proof that you have asked them to unlock them. You need to take screenshots of you request this via /mail. You need to take a screenshot of the message before you have sent it and of the 'Mail Sent!' message. In the message please make sure that it is clear the user has 3 days to remove them and ensure than the screenshots contain timestamps. Request Denied
