Hello @JRigz18, Locks cannot be removed unless the person in question has been offline for 7 days or longer, or you've been through the 3 day eviction notice period. As neither of those apply here, I cannot remove these locks. I suggest contacting the player yourself and asking them to remove the locks. You should also include that the message is an official eviction notice and that they have 3 days to remove their locks. If you screenshot that mail you will be able to file an LWC removal in 3 days time (from time of message sent). Thread Locked - LWC removal conditions not met to be fulfilled.
