@HelenDKN user has only been offline for 3 days 4 hours, they must be offline for 7+ days, given a proper 3 day eviction notice (with evidence), or be banned for moderate+ grief in the town. Since firewat2 does not fit into any of those, I cannot remove the locks. I would recommend trying again in 4 days or giving them an eviction notice. Locked.
