    Brief Description: Duplicated messages upon opening any privated chests.

    Instructions: Head to any privated chest and open it.

    How many times did you recreate this bug?:     5/5 [Out of the 5 times, all 5 times have worked; even when relogging]

    Result: Spammed "That Private _____ has been locked by you."

    Expected Result:     Just one message of "That Privte ______ has been locked by you."
