    First the short summary of what I'm writing: I'm basically building this and I need money and residents to buy mayor.

    Now the long version with details!

    What is Lucus?

    Lucus is Latin for "Sacred Grove", basically it's a giant 400x400 forest (see http://i.imgur.com/EQeAO.jpg)

    The town plans:

    Then in between the trees there will be small villages, both on the ground and in the trees. (The forest will be more dense, everything will be dark on the floor, with small patches of light)

    Money requirements!

    • Buying 3 residents mayor in exchange for their towns. (application for it will be in the next section.
      • this costs 255k from which I already have 255k!
    • Getting enough logs and leaves to finish the town: (this is merely an estimate, and can wildly differ from what I actually need)
      • I need roughly 200k oak leaves. which if I buy at 15 cents a piece is $30,000.
      • I need roughly 200k oak logs, too. Which if bought at 50 cents a piece is $100,000.
    How you can help.

    Well, I'm in need of money, oak and leaves.

    I no longer have a spawnshop, if you wish to donate logs, contact me in-game or set up a chest with logs and mail me the coordinates.

    I'm going to need 3 residents willing to get mayor in exchange for their towns. (application further down, will include a contract they must sign when I pick.)
    Done that already.

    I'm going to need people to help me build the trees. (I'll open applications for that when I finish the first mega tree.)

    You should pick me because i am very willing to help you reach your goal of building this amazing forest! I really do not care for the land that I get because, if all else comes to it, i can buy a town. Really, what i need is the extra lwcs, and the mayor tag, which can get me around very well with services. Thank you for your consideration!!

    Why should I pick you? (I'm very picky, so be convincing.): I'm trying to help all builders and other residents because we all need to make ECC a happy place. and i just want that you get your forest, and be happy :D.
    I think this is a good idea too because alot of people quit if they are resident because mayor takes so long, it would be sad if ECC need to stop because there are not enough people tha play it.

    I made different plans, but I'm still working on the town, little by little.
    Right now I'm planning on making a small kingdom surrounded by mountains. (Meaning you can't get in or out of the town without fly or teleports)
