Most people know that towns do not sell for 220k. I have never seen a town sold for that much... Ever! 220k Is a ridiculous price to pay for a town claim. Even 100k would be too much. In this suggestion, I think that Mr. Andrew, should have the prices lowered to 85k for a additional town which is the exact same price as it costs for mayor. So, In conclusion, If the price was 85k, Many people would start claiming towns that are not being used and just wasting space! You might be wanting to say "Nicit6 already posted a similar suggestion" Well, 100k is just too much. Thank you for listening to what I have to say
Okay, I am confused: Is this suggestion about additional towns or about town claims? Evidence that makes me think this suggestion is about additional towns: Spoiler You can't buy them from the server, so the keyword "additional" fits towns. 220k, the cost of the additional town application #3. Town claims cost about as much, but I usually see them ranked at 200-250k and not as an explicitly advertised 220k. Nicit's suggestion is about town applications and town transfers, I haven't seen any point regarding town claims in that suggestion. Evidence that makes me think this suggestion is about town claims: Spoiler Reusing old towns points towards town claims instead of town placement. This strongly points towards town claims instead of town applications. TL;DR: I am going to look at both interpretations because I have no idea which is the correct one. Town claims appear to be meant, though. Town claims: Prices are defined by the user market, so ECC can't directly change them. The only way would be by adding the ability to buy town claims from the server, however, that would remove one of the reasons to buy any of the Tycoon+ ranks. Also, as town claims are essentially 'stealing' from the previous town owner, I don't think they should be purchasable for a pretty low price. Town applications: This would basically oppose the apparent core point of the suggestion (to revive old towns), so I don't think this is actually meant. I might just be over-interpreting certain points of the suggestion due to insomnia.
