I have not been on the server for months so I would expect my house to be gone, but when I joined the server everything has changed and all my money and items in my inventory were gon. Can someone explain?

Because you were inactive for so long, the wiki states that if you go inactive, the amount of money in your balance dictates the amount of time you can go offline without losing anything. That is what happened.
Actually, it doesn't matter how much money you have in your account before your inventory and enderchests get wiped. If you are offline for 2 weeks, they get wiped regardless of your balance. Your balance DOES affect how long you can be offline before your balance gets wiped.
