loss of items due to server crashing and not getting them back

    i was building my shop in chewychungas town and I got it all set up then KingBreakerMike bought 9diamonds of me then it crashed and he got his money back but I didn't get my diamonds back and half of my shop disapeard and the materials didn't go back to my inventory they just vanished how do I get my diamond shop and stuff back this is unacceptable guys come on!!!!!
