There is a fine, I do believe, but I doubt it is a 50k fine. Were you standing near any trade signs that may have clicked, by accident, without knowing?
Either you have done something wrong not that, or wewin made a mistake, most likely you have clicked a trade signs or bought something and don't remember. Money doesn't just disappear.
