Minecraft Username: Maco20047 Brief Description: Bought an Eff5 St1 Unb3 pick from addswerzxc. Went to move it to another slot after receiving it and it vanished. I spent 8.1k, that I really didn't have to spend, and now the item I bought is just gone. wasted I assume.
Are you sure you didn't accidentally drop it during some lag, also make sure the other person doesn't still have it.
Already tried that. He put it in a donation chest and when I bought it, he unlocked it and I took it. I didn't press 'Q' when I got home, only clicked it, and POOF!
Did you check if the item was still in the chest afterwards? (if you know the exact coordinates of the chest then I could check)
Yes, I've already checked it. As soon as it disappeared I went back to it. Unless addswerzxc removed it before I got there(if it was truly there), it wasn't in the chest.
Could have been lag, this has happened to me before except the item is just gone into thin air (thank god this has only happened to me with an iron pick but that was a while ago and I didn't report it because I thought it was lag)
I think kuke is asking for the coordinates so he can investigate (logcheck) the chest. He can see who placed/removed anything from the chest as long as the chest has not been destroyed. It will show if there really was an item for you to pick up and if you really did pick up anything.
I think the chest has been removed as I went to his town to buy it, and he was in the middle of his melon farm. I guess if people want to make a sale they will have to /tpa to me instead.
The worst part about it, unless they have 100% proof of someone scamming, they can't do anything about it. Even it it is proven to be because of lag, you're screwed out of that money.
