I am looking to purchase a melon sword for myself. However the price of $350k for the nether stars is simply too large for me to afford. For that reason I am looking to share a melon sword with someone in a different timezone than I am who plays at a different time. User would be expected to sign a contract. We would both put in 500 nether stars towards the sword. Terms - Both users pay 500 nether stars towards the melon sword - Neither user will rent the sword to a third party - The sword will be stored in a chest in my mineyork shop - A chest must be used when getting repairs for the sword - I get the sword from 10oam EST until 10:00pm EST. You get it the rest of the time. - Must be back in chest by said above times - If you loose/break the sword and/or it gets stolen you owe 500 n-stars to me. - You may sell your half of the sword so long as the other user is trusted and agrees to these terms. - If i wish to purchase the entire sword I can pay you 500 nether stars and the sword will become fully mine.
This would be highly unfair as you get on-peak time and the other user would only be able to use it for 1-5 hours of their time.
People in opposite timezones live in asian countries, and as far as I know, there are very few people who live there and play EcoCityCraft.
