I am looking for a kind town to float me a 50x50 or 100x100 plot (bigger is better). Id be fine with 50x50 to start, but maybe free land around it that I could grow into? I am new to the server (not to minecraft, Im a veteran many times over on a major tekkit server, but I didn't care for the state of the economy). The offer is simple, If you grant me the plot, I will construct a large farm building on the plot, and will forward all income to the owner at a rate of $10/block, so if you do grant me 50x50, you will receive 25000, 100x100 would be 100,000, at which point I will maintain ownership of my farm in your town free and clear. I believe $10 per block is well above the typical rate for a large plot purchase. What if I reneg? I wont. but if I did? take the farm. its a free gift to your town, who doesn't need another farm in their town? I don't really want to make any guarantees on the rate of return, life comes up, but I want to say I should be able to repay the loan in full within 1-3 weeks max depending on the plot size given. I have a substantial farm in an undisclosed, unprotected area, where I have accumulated a seed supply. Its difficult to make major investments in any level of automation when the land is not secured, so I would like to remedy this ASAP. FWIW I intend to initially concentrate on Wheat production. If your interested let me know what size plot you could offer, if there are additional stipulations you would demand, whatever else you think is relevant.
