Looking to purchase a $24 feature before the sale ends 70K upfront

I have been wanting to purchase the feature extracreations for a while now. I was hoping to save up the full amount necessary to pay upfront by the end of the sale but have fallen short of that goal. I don't want to wait a month for the next sale so I offer the following deal:
The feature is $24 USD x 5.5 k/usd=132k
Today I would pay 70k upfront and the remaining 62k in a weeks time.
I have an excellent track record of fulfilling contracts, including payment plans, the rank president and 50 USD in features.

Normally I would do this kind of a deal with a resident who just joined today, but your $100+ in features you have already spent on yourself make me trust you. No one else has responded yet. Also, I have 80k now, so I would do 80k today, 52 in a week. If you are good with this deal, respond and I'll set us up a contract.
