    I'm looking to buy a town that already has buildings,stress,houses,shops,skyscrapers and just other stuff found in a town. The town doesn't need a warp and if you have a flat down but you're willing to build it up I'm willing to negotiate.

    And I prefer 5-10 skyscrapers big in the middle than the city eventually gets smaller on the outside
