    Hey everyone as you can see I am a resident looking for mayor.
    I am not interested in the town.
    I am looking for someone to buy mayor for me in exchange for the town.
    I can build it where ever you want (not in the ocean I will not place blocks).
    I am willing to sign a contract.
    If you are interested simply put:

    I would like to do this.
    I will/won't do a contract.
    I have/don't have a certain spot for you to build it.
