As the title suggest, I am looking for someone to build me a 200X200 pumpkin farm. The land to build it on is completely flat. Place your quotes below, and likely time required to build it.
So if you hired me i would provide all the materials (water/seeds/glowstone/dirt and all that) and build the entire structure?
Each floor will cost the following*: Dirt: 545 stacks($2180) Wall Material: 26 stacks(Varies by material) Glass: 38 stacks($640) Ceiling Material: 590 stacks(Varies by material) Glowstone: 25 stacks($6400) Seeds: 545 stacks(Varies by seller) Water Placements: 2,179($2,500) Sub-Total for materials: ($11,720+w.material+c.material) Assuming both variable materials are smooth stone: sub-total for materials is: $31,432. sub-total for labor(25% of cost of materials, negotiable): 7.8k Total price paid by you per floor: $39,232 This is assuming 100% of the space goes to the farm(the outer walls are on the 200x200 perimeter), and the portal is either under the first floor, or against a wall with the farmland starting 1-2 blocks in front of it. These numbers assume 3 blocks of space per floor, a layer of material under the tilled dirt(ceiling material), and 1 glowstone in the corner of every 5x5 box in the ceiling layer. All given prices are based off block shop purchases, due to relative stability of price and availability. The style I've quoted is about 60% glass for the walls, which is cheaper, and in my opinion looks better. If you'd rather have less glass, we can discuss it, but it will be more costly(glass is cheap). If you'd rather have no glass, I'll simply add the number of glass stacks to the wall material amount. If you let me know what the two variable materials are, and I can give you a more accurate quote. Ladders, signs, and tools will be supplied by me, for free(not including lift signs). I've never build anything on this large of a scale, but I estimate 4-7 days per floor. I'm currently constructing a 40x80 melon farm in this style, if you would like to see exactly what it will look like. *This is listed so you know exactly what you're getting for your money.
