Dragonephobe (Mayor) and me (President) have started the idea of assembling a Rome-like nation, consisting of a municipal town (similar to the town of Rome) and towns full of plantations and small farms on the outskirts. In the municipal town, a Senate House will be present for the mayors of the towns (acting as senators) to congregate like a city council. Donators/Investors in the nation will also be given a seat in the Senate and can make a town that belongs to the nation if they so please.
