Recently i have been trying to get back in to ecc and would like to get my town up and running. To do this i am looking for a co-mayor who has experience working on towns. My town is located in the legacy world and i have plots marked out. If anyone is interested let me know. rank resident or higher
I am interested in being the co-mayor I have prior experience with 2 towns and would be a great fit. I'm rank mayor and willing to put in lots of time in being co-mayor.
What are you looking for a co mayor to do? I offer my services in selling plots and watching for grief/filing reports. I charge 50% of all profits i personally bring in so if a plot is 1k, 500$ is mine. When it comes to filing reports any lwc removals/evictions for people i brought into the town are mine (including their buildings which i will tear down or resell as pre builts depending on quality). Im co mayor of at the moment 8 towns (not all are on the post as some are still under development) to which i do this for, i have a macro set up that links to a post on the forums that shows towns i co mayor and ranks required to join and what the town features are (such as farms or casinos or whatever). I watch chat for people looking for plots and usually pm them and chat a bit to get to know them and what they are looking for and find the right town for them. List of things i do and wont do. Bring in new members to the town via selling plots, pre builts, apartments, farm perms or renting perms to whatever you have to offer. I may participate in large building projects in between running my own personal business in ECC but will not commit to one full time unless paid to do so. Ill file reports for griefing and lwc removals on a as needed basis. I do a quick fly through of each town each day to look for grief and people building outside their plotted areas. I refuse to spend my own money on your town at all, even building projects you must provide the materials though i may kick in materials if i have some extras laying around, but i will not pay for a warp or pvp or heal sign, have my own towns to already do that stuff in If your town rules are overly complicated to where they make selling plots or anything is a problem i may remove myself as a co mayor, i do have personal opinions on how to run a town which can be discussed at any time, dont like how/what i do you can remove me at anytime with no hard feelings from my end. Most towns have a pretty standard set of rules like no griefing or foul language in local chat and staying within your plot. I take screen shots of new members joining a town agreeing to rules if they are posted in the towns and save them for the mayor to use on any reports they need to file as well as damage of grief and other screenshots as needed.
