I have one too! I sell 20x20 plots, apartment rooms, office rooms (which can be converted into apartments), and 20x42 plots! We are currently working on our town farm! We have a first floor isle portal, and many active members. Most of the plots are sold so buy today! We are a 200x400 town with an office building, hotel, and storage unit building! My town of Thessalon, where I have already offered you a plot at no charge, has farms (potato, carrot, wheat and pumpkin), plus a PvP arena with PvP & acrobatic training rooms, and several fishing towers, a couple of which will trade various items for any fish you catch. While it has few residents at the moment, I am hoping that the surge of interest in fishing will bring more people to the town.
My new plot town of Interstellafishtank has a portal very close by (5 blocks away) and is 100% builder/resident friendly. All members of the town receive free water and tp services. We are looking to install public cookpots within the next few days or so. An apartment building will also be constructed soon! Unfortunately, our farm is still a WIP, but I know of plenty of places that have great farms for you to use as well. In terms of rules, all rules are basically carbon copies of the server rules, with the exception of two: 1) Please do not build dirt houses. Any structure that has some effort into it would be lovely! 2) Instead of lwc'ing and removing your belongings after 7 days, we allow all members 14 days of unannounced inactivity before they are evicted respectively. If you plan on ever going inactive for longer than a period of 14 days, simply /mail me and all of your possessions/plot will be left untouched until your return!
