    I need a project manager.
    What is this? Somebody to hire pay or somehow get jobs done.
    What I need: a 200x200 area not in snow or water.cleared and leveled with signs at the 4 corners and and a surrounding fence.

    I already found it for you, near a town with portal. Check the Jiggle Inc. thread. I listed the co-od and portal for nearby town location. I will fill in small pools for you, it's hard to god completely water free 200x200 space.
