Over the course of about a month, I have collectively used about 350GB of data. What's yours? I only know how to find this out on Windows 8... Side bar thing -> Settings -> <network name> -> Right click on your network -> "Show estimated data usage"
my horror story: My family (4 of us) used to have a 10gb cap on computers, cell phones, iPods ect. combined. Thank god thats gone now we have unlimited.
... 350GB? I'm at about 100...MB...in the last 60 days. What determines data usage anyway? It doesn't sound right for me to have used so little on this thing.
I'm just as confused as you are. lol. I play games/use skype/watch youtube all day, so I have no idea why it's only 100MB. I guess I've never had to worry about data usage, though, so I never really fully understood exactly how much certain processes use. I'm probably just an idiot and looking at the wrong screen or something, because I do that sometimes. >.>
Yes 10gb a month cap I had for everything in a two year contract. (my parents went to place by themselves and got screwed over) but now we have unlimited thank god cause I go through like 10k/day
*laughs at revan* and mine doesn't show but I'm guessing about 200GB + (before you say 'you can find it' I went to my network stats and it literally didn't tell me.)
Right clicking only gives me an option to turn my network off? Wtf. :/ However, according to WhatPulse, 1 day is roughly 5GB... 5 * 30 = 150. So, on average (low average, though), I'm at around 150GB a month. ....that is just on my desktop, though. My laptop probably gets just as much, so I probably average above 300GB a month.
