I need him/her to be hard working because I have stuff I need help to tear down, and I am going to be building a lot of prebuilts, which I need help with as well. You will be payed 1/2 of what the houses sell for, and keep in mind, prebuilts can sell for a lot. I also am quite good at interior decorations, town "beautification" and doing odd jobs.
