He does seem to lotto a lot however I would probably loan to him again but no more than 40k at a time. Matrix_rep paid back all of the debt he had taken out the same day I gave it to him. Although he does lotto he has other means of making money I would loan this user up to 150k at a time. @SonnyCPretzel paid back all of his debt on the day we agreed on this user gave me no problems and I would loan him up to 150k in the future.
