General Purpose of Contract:
A $25,000 ECD Loan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will pay the user $25,000 ECD Upon the locking of this contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- Not repaying a loan after more than 14 days from the start of the loan will result in a breach of contract and will result in you either paying 1000% interest or a ban.
- Loan extensions are only to be extended once for a period of 7 days.​

As the user is taking a $25,000 ECD loan, '10,001 - 25,000 ECD [Resident+ or $$ only] [20% interest rate per week]', The user is to pay back $30,000 ECD within 1 week, if the user wishes to extend it by another week, 10,001 - 25,000 ECD [Resident+ or $$ only] [20% loaned amount] which will result in $30,000 ECD + $5,000 ECD = $35,000 ECD. After a period of 2 weeks, if the user has not repaid $35,000 ECD after the given time, the user will be deemed as breaching the contract and will thus need to pay 1000% interest which will result in $350,000 ECD or face a ban from ECC.​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
