IGN: 1800Block Users Involved in this Contract: @Genicide @1800Block General Purpose of Contract: I will loan 40k to Genicide in return of 50k in 5 days. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: 40k will be paid to @Genicide. 50k will be paid back to 1800Block on February 2nd 2017. The loan will be paid out within 30 minutes of the contract being approved. The late fees will end on February 17th 2017. Exactly 15 days after the initial pay date. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 50k will be paid to 1800Block on February 2nd 2017. For every 5 days after February 2nd 2017 @Genicide will have to pay 5k on top of the 50k you have to pay back. The late fees will end on February 17th 2017 which will equal a total of 65k to be paid back to me. Genicide will pay me back on February 2nd by doing /pay 1800Block 50000 (or however much if she is late to pay back the loan). I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree to these terms

Please specify an end date for the late fees. We cannot enforce open-ended late fees. Also, please clarify under @Genicide's terms that she will pay you back 50k before February 2nd, and how that money will be paid (If you're using trade signs, give their location).
