IGN: @Dodos1 Users Involved in this Contract: @Dodos1 @RyanDell6 General Purpose of Contract: Loaning @RyanDell6 170k I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Dodos1 will loan @RyanDell6 170k within 24 hrs of this contract being approved. (Either January 7,2016 or January 8, 2016. I, @Dodos1 will remind @RyanDell6 3 days before loan is due, which is in 2 weeks from when the money is loaned out. I, @Dodos1 will be online when the loan is due in 2 weeks from me giving the 170k, and if I am not online to receive it on that day I will not charge any late fees. The amount owed to me in 2 weeks from me loaning money out is 255k The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @RyanDell6 will take the 170k to do as he wishes with it. @RyanDell6 will pay me back 255k in 2 weeks from when I pay him the 170k loan. (January 21, 2016 or January 22, 2016) If @RyanDell6 is late on his loan, he will agree to pay me a 5k a day late fee for a maximum of 1 week before a complaint is filed. In that case, it would be January 28, 2016 or January 29, 2016. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @Dodos1 You cannot have an open ended late fee that continues forever. You will need to set an agreeable maximum of days. I suggest a week. thena a complaint would be filed etc. After the correction @RyanDell6 will need to resign the contract.
