IGN: @Russee89 Users Involved in this Contract: @yanakeffz General Purpose of Contract: 65k loan I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @Russee89 will pay @yanakeffz 65k, place a payment sign to pay 85k back by july 25th 2014 The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @yanakeffz will get the money from @Russee89 and will add him as owner of @yanakeffz town named clawson he will pay the sign until it says zero (85k) by july 25. after which not paying will cause @yanakeffz to give @Russee89 the town of clawson(removing all mayors and comayors excluding @Russee89) until a late fee of 15k plus original 85k is repayed (100k total damages) if by august 25th 2014 @yanakeffz has not paid @Russee89 will file a complaint against @yanakeffz I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
