IGN: @jmichael214 Users Involved in this Contract: @jmichael214 @oxwood2 General Purpose of Contract: A 50,000 ECD loan from @jmichael214 to @oxwood2 with a payback of 75,000 ECD by Monday, November 3rd, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will loan @oxwood2 ECD $50,000 on October 25th, 2014, upon approval of this contract by staff The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I will take a loan from @jmichael214 for $50,000 , and pay back $75,000 by November 3rd, 2014, 11:59 p.m. Eastern time, with a $5000 a day late fee for a maximum of 3 days after the due date. After the third late day, the grace period will be over, and @jmichael214 will seek to enforce the contract/sanction @oxwood2. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
