[Loan Contract] - FFAJdubStompCats

General Purpose of Contract:
This contract is for a 115k loan for @FFAJdubStompCats.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Within 12 hours of this contract being approved, I will pay @FFAJdubStompCats 115k.
I will then set up a trade sign where @FFAJdubStompCats can pay 150k ECD in exchange for 1 dirt at /warp babylon. The trade sing will be in Rising, at co-ordinates, -716 64 2072.
Once I am added to @FFAJdubStompCats's town, "efficientfarms", in Legacy, I may not create or destroy any blocks in the town. If I do so, it will be a breach of contract.
If @FFAJdubStompCats pays back the loan within 17 days of the contract being approved, I will remove myself as owner from the town of "efficientfarms" of Legacy.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@FFAJdubStompCats, within 12 hours of this contract being approved, will need to add me as owner to his town, "efficientfarms" of Legacy. @luccowarleo must stay as owner of this town until the loan is paid back.
@FFAJdubStompCats will be be required to pay 150k to @luccowarleo at the Trade Sign listed above within 6 weeks of this contract being approved.
if they fail to pay the 150k on time they have 3 days to remove all owners of the town, "efficentfarms" in Legacy, besides @luccowarleo. If @FFAJdubStompCats edits the town in any way, after he has failed to pay the loan on time, it will result in a breach of contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
