Hello KiritoMC, There is an in-game to check the channels on the server, "/ch list #" where # means what page. As for something that you can add to the list that you can't see from the in-game list could be what it is generally used for, or who owns it.
/ch officetown is my chat channel Also /ch Farm is for the town "Farm" previously owned by jetscat i believe.

EDIT: Peace is also a town chat, not ours.
