    Minecraft Username: Clob1296

    Brief Description: Using the fire charges, people without pyro can either shoot fire charges out dispensers or click with them to start fires.

    Instructions:Get a fire charge. Click ground or wall to light fire.

    How many times did you recreate this bug?: 4 times with different people.

    Result: Fire placed by people without pyro

    Expected Result: I expected it not to work.

    Evidence: It happened

    i tried it.. didn't work with the Flint and Steal.
    *Edit* with the fireball thing it did work
