I think all of us have noticed the change of the server today. I was thinking to make a suggestion but I think we should give people some time to adapt to the new system so lets just talk about it for now. Generally I like the new auction system very much. The essential improvements as I see is the way the transactions being done. When you won a bid, the stuff will be in your inventory and the money will be deducted from your balance automatically. The chance of scam will be much smaller and it is so effective. This can be seen from the increasing number of auctions, and this brings us to the problem of the new auction system - the auction info almost occupied the all messages. Of course this problem won't be very noticeable when there are not many auctions, but I think when there are a lot of players are online like during the weekend, this could be a problem. Now the problem can only be solved by leaving the channel, but I think there should be a better way, like we can only receive a brief info of an auction when it begins and ignore all the details as the auction is running, and when a preferred item appeared in auction channel, then we can jump in and compete with other bidders. Another problem I noticed is that when an auction begins, if I am the first one to bid by typing /bid, the actual bidding price is the starting price + the increment which doesn't make so much sense since I'm the first bidder. It will be nice if this can be set to the starting price. By the way, the /sell toolbar command is also very useful. Good job.
