Either give us a number or the people banned, who have stole from chests. The amount of people I have caught taking from chests is un real, and I feel showing the ecc community how serious the staff team is taking this is key. Obviously the forum thread and the first ban was not enough, because people keep doing this. Not sure this will help either but worth a shot.
Wouldn't this be very contradictory? The rules say: We do not deal with "Why did <username> receive <punishment>. Use the search function. If you can’t find why a user was tempbanned/banned for example, then that’s that. Do not make threads about it. It causes unnecessary arguments. And now you're expecting the Owner to create an entire thread about it....? Anyway, this won't help at all - many of the people who were caught such as Olympians already presumably knew it was against the rules but they stole from the chests. When breaking the rules for self-gain like this, people don't think about the consequences - they only think about how much they'll profit off of it and later come to regret it when they're caught. -1
