To apply for staff I think you should not have to be unbanned for more than 3 months. I think if the applicant has had a temp-ban or a permanent-ban within 1 month of the application then they should not be allowed. I think 3 months is a bit extreme! Please poll your thoughts!
don't get banned. Simple, right? If any potential staffmember can't keep himself from getting banned, then why should said person get staff?
Big no. It's relatively easy to not get banned on ecc, just don't be super irresponsible with money, and you get plenty of warnings before any banning happens in game, and the rules are posted on the wiki and not hard to figure out. It's very basic common sense to manage to get 3 months without a ban. If you can't follow the rules and common sense for 3 months, you're probably not fit to moderate. Moderating is difficult and you get zero room for forgetting the normal rules plus a bunch of additional responsibilities you can't screw around during. 3 months is a low easy bar and should stay there.
Not happening. If you can't keep yourself from getting banned for 3+ months you have no business being on staff.
