I'm sure that I am not the only one who has experienced some part of this amazing video game series. So, I decided to take the input of others on ECC and have them post their own opinions and try to persuade me to see things in their favor! So please, answer the poll, and if you want to, post a comment telling me why the game you voted for is your favorite. Here, I'll start!

    Ocarina of Time!
    1) My all time favorite game of the Legend of Zelda Series would have to be Ocarina of Time. I played this game so much back when I was in my single digit days, and loved it through and through. This wasn't the first Zelda game I had ever played, but it was the first one I had ever beat all by myself. The joy I felt that day back when I was young where I beat Ganon for the first time, and watched a beautiful game come to a beautiful ending, was indescribable. I mean, and it may be just because I was little, but the first time (and many after that,) I saw Navi fly up in the air and leave the Hero of Time, I bawled. I bawled like no tomorrow. Since then I have replayed the game more times then I can count, and found every hidden nook and cranny of that game. I have even played the Master Quest version and loved it just as much. This wonderful game will always be the highlight of my Childhood.

    Wind Waker!
    2) Now some of you may find this choice a little odd, but my second favorite Zelda game would have to be Wind Waker. This was another game that dominated most of my Childhood. I had the collectors edition at one point, and found the demo for this game on there. I knew I had to have it. Along with my original copy of OoT for the N64, this game still sits where I can play it whenever I wish. The graphics were not typical for a Zelda game, but I gave it a chance, and it was worth it. The story is amazing, and the characters are deep and unique in their own personal ways. Thus earning it the #2 spot on my list.

    Majora's Mask!
    3) The last game on my list would have to be... Majora's Mask! Since this is so close to OoT I had to play it as well. This game... what can I say about this game that hasn't already been said? It is so extremely unique in all of its ways that it is in a class of its own. Never did I expect from a Zelda game that you would get to watch a couple, one of whom has been transformed into a child, spend the last moments of their lives clinging to each other for hope... hope that would never come. This game, as depressing as it can be, is still an amazing work of art, and deserves this spot. And besides, who doesn't want to roll around as a Goron? :)

    Honorable Mentions!
There are a few games that didn't make the cut, but were very close. One of which is Link's Awakening. This was the first game I had ever played in the series, but did not beat it until many years later when I picked it up again and started playing through. As best a I can recall, I loved this game. It was a very challenging puzzle game for me, and I will always love it.
Another I really liked were the Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons duo. I loved the whole idea of a friend being able to have one version of a game, and me able to have the other, and we can unlock awesome content in the game by each other. It always fascinated me, and the games themselves did not disappoint.
*Side Note* I am also looking forward to playing Skyward Sword soon, as soon as I get my Wii fixed up... But I digress, anyone who has this game as their top favorite, you are the ones who need to tell me why you love it! Convince me!

I love the zelda games for the DS (phantom hourglass + sprit tracks) and wind waker!
Oddly though, aside from Link, my 2nd favorite character of the DS games was seeing Linebecks character in general. How he acted, what he said, what he did, etc. Anyone else out there like me?
