    You're correct with the Macro limits. I have a zoom and look key, and they only work on my single player.

    Also, Rei's Minimap

    I think that's illegal as that shows players/mobs. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I haven't used Rei's in a long time.

    You're thinking of Zan's mini-map, which is not allowed on ECC. However, we do allow others to use Rei's mini-map.

    But then builders might think something that is not listed is legal when it's not and get ban for it.

    No, if they're smart, they will realize if their mod fits into certain categories, that doom listed above.
