I'm not really into FPS games, I enjoy RTS more. Fall Out Boy on my desktop, just not my thing *shrugs* Civilization II thru V, Warcraft 2 & 3, StarCraft I & II, these are a few of my favorite thinnggggggssss" *sings on Swiss Mountian* I am really liking the Legacy of the Void chapter of SC2. Enough that I'm popping into minecraft only long enough to keep my /seen at low numbers, then back to the latest mission {I figured I would let people know why the dragons in Thera are still only 70% complete}
Never got into SC2, Care to explain what the gameplay is like? Open World like WoW? Linear like Diablo? Turn Based?
RTS = Real Time Strategy Linear quest / missions like Diablo, but each mission is D3-ish (sorta sandboxy) with multiple objectives. Mostly, it's being the general of a large army that you build yourself and deploy to where you want. individual units have very limited AI (something is close, shoot it!), so lots of strategic and tactical engagements (pick where the battle will be and how the battle will progress) lots of gameplay videos on YT... I'm realizing how hard it is to describe
