The farm is a 40x200x2 with entrances on all three east-west streets: Main Street, Sienna Road, and Sagewood Drive. The wide, open Lassendas streets are perfect for viewing sunsets. This was taken on Sienna Road, where most houses for sale are located right now. Town Features We have a spawn-town portal in Towns 3, a massive 40x200x2 pumpkin farm, e-repairs available by request, free water/pyro placement, free /smelt, chests filled with free stuff, a store buying and selling valuables for above server price, and free extcreations stuff. Housing Options There are two ways to acquire a house in Lassendas. You can either buy a move-in ready prebuilt with upgrades and options already chosen or start from scratch! Choose a plan and an elevation and pick options, often much cheaper than a prebuilt. Prices start at 7.5k. More info on buying or building a house here. Rules The following rules are in effect in all of Lassendas. Failure to follow them will result in eviction or staff action. 1. All server rules are in effect. This includes rules about swearing. 2. No trolling or spamming local chat. 3. No harassment of the mayors or other residents. 4. No griefing. Altering or destroying public buildings and roads is griefing. Placing LWCs or breaking or placing blocks without permission outside your plot is also griefing. 5. No stealing from other town residents. 6. Do not alter the exterior of your house. Mess with the interior as much as you want, but altering the exterior will be considered griefing. Altering landscaping and adding basements counts too, but attics are fine as long as you don't carve out windows. Ask Avaina1918 about the legality of the project you have in mind. 7. The public farm is a communal resource and must be replanted after every harvest. Failure to replant counts as griefing. 8. If you are inactive for more than 7 days, your house will be seized and resold. Please let Avaina1918 know if you will be leaving for an extended period of time in /mail or a forum pm. 9. Farms may not be built in or outside your house. Use the public one. Action will be taken, regardless of size. Plants as decoration are okay. 10. Shops may not be built in or outside your house. Any trade signs will be removed, aside from personal money, exp, or item storage signs. 11. Secure your belongings inside your house using /lock.
