I have been thinking about the Landscaper donation, and realised, like other donations it can (possibly) be used to gain profit. Lets say Player A has Landscaper, and Player B wants a worldedit. Would Player A be able to make an application for Player B with Player B's permission (on forums)?
so just add someone who has landscaper feature to owner and then the dlanscaper donater can world edit the town now
The person listed as the official "owner" of a town is not the "owners" under /region info. It is the person who applied for the town, and only they can apply for a world edit, portals, town chat, etc.
Check out the link below where Andrew explains that if an original owner of a town leaves, that the person who purchased the town, will NOT be able to apply for any of the Mayor+ features. viewtopic.php?f=11&t=25552&start=20#p120456 So to answer your question... no. Even if you purchased a town from another player and have the landscaper medal, you will not be able to apply for a worldedit.
To answer your question, yes. World edits are now a donator only feature, you will not be able to apply for them without purchasing them first, and it still costs the ecodollar amount in addition.
well sorry to say this is the most stupidest thing this server has ever done not every one has money to donate you should be able to use ecc money.
