@imSwag__ This is after all a hardcore economy and at the same time I have to make a turnover profit on a town that I have had for almost 3 years. The prices have been lowered but I will not be lowering them again. See changes up above ^^. Not to mention this town hosts the first ECC college.
So saying, "I sell 3k for a 20x20," is not advertising? You could consider this as advertising because if someone came across thread looking to purchase a plot, they would want to go for something the same yet cheaper with @imSwag__ saying, "I sell 3k for a 20x20," or, "Im also selling up to half my town for 50k per 100x100 :3."
Well I see what you mean, I suppose he shouldn't have put the "I'm also selling up to half my town for 50k per 100x100 :3." cus then it looks like he's advertising, but I don't think he meant to advertise
In all fairness, don't spawn shops cost $5k/week? they're not much more than 20x20 are they? I mean some other places called blank mall are 2k a month in RENT just for a small kiosk, so 6k seems reasonable, I'm considering it. @spocklin how close to warp is the 20x20 spaces? is it a plot or 20x20 space in a building that you can't build up/down on?
@stigarose I will be opening up some 20x20 plots within 40-50 blocks from the war. Unfortunately the town farms are at the warp too and since I am trying to make it a dual purpose town/market I will not be moving them. So the first ones will be close to the warp with signs indicating where they are. Also the college I am referring to is the one I have been advertising before on this forum.
So if you buy the land that the offices will be going on, do the rents kick back to the owner of the land parcel or the owner of the town?
@spocklin, I'd also keep in mind that there is a market design competition if you wished to enter that.
@mookiema The purchase of the land is final and that plot belongs to that person who bought it. I am not entirely sure what you mean by what you said can you please clarify?
