IGN: @CP3fan1 Users Involved in this Contract: @CP3fan1 @MattEPDC General Purpose of Contract: Sale of a L1 Magic Rod for $1.5 million ECD. $850k up front and a $650k payment plan due 1/29/2022. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @CP3fan1 will give @MattEPDC the L1 magic rod (#KXMBDPDP) upon his agreement and approval of this contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified until @MattEPDC pays the full $1.5 million ECD, at which point I will unown the tool and it will be completely his. @MattEPDC will transfer $850k ECD immediately to @CP3fan1 in exchange for the L1 magic rod and then have until 1/29/2022to pay the other $650k ECD using a chest shop located in Rising on main at 8353, 73, 7882. It has 65 sticks in it for $10,000 each. Once all the sticks have been purchased the debt is paid. If migration happens before the debt is paid off, any remaining debt will be accounted for in a new chest shop on the new map. If the tools breaks or the tool has been lost , @MattEPDC Will pay the agreed money within the allotted timeframe. If the tool is not paid off by 1/29/2021, MattEPDC will owe a late fee of $10,000 for every day it is late, with a maximum of $300,000 extra. All debts must be settled by 2/28/2021.
@CP3fan1, thank you or writing up this contract. Unfortunately I need you to make a couple changes. 1. tool ids must be included in the original post, please add that 2. You listed 1/29/2021 as the due date, I assume you meant 2022. Please fix that 3. Due to our upcoming migration, the chest shop listed may not be available. Please mention what terms will happen if payment is still due after the migration. Please make the changes then both of you must re-agree to the new contract/terms. Thank you!
This is the number you'll need to add to the original post for the tool id. Also, please state maximum late fees and when they would be due by.
